Mainline Power Track System
A track based power distribution system which enables flexible access to power at any point along its length via tap off units (power outlets) which can be added, removed and repositioned as and when needed by the end user. |

General
The contractor shall supply and install Mainline where indicated or noted on drawings. |
Compliance
The Contractor shall ensure that the Mainline installation complies with the requirements of the appropriate Electrical Authorities. |
Installation
Mainline can be installed surface-mounted or recessed into third party ducting solutions.
Installation of the Mainline Power Track System shall only be carried out by a suitably qualified person in accordance with the Mainline Installation Manual. |

Aluminium 2 Channel Skirting Duct 50mm deep x 160mm high - Powder Coat Finish
For installations in schools and TAFEs, the cover must be clipped in & secured. Aluminium 2 Channel Skirting Duct 50mm deep x 160mm high
The contractor shall supply and install skirting duct Esco (Ph: 02 8799 3700) Clearway, AOL50-160 (50mm deep x 160mm high) 2-channel powder coated extruded aluminium –skirting duct, complete with Aluminium clip-in cover and accessories. The cover is to be secured & clipped in place to prevent it being easily removed. The power is to be mounted in the upper level – this duct also allows for the Mainline power track system in the upper level. The data is to be mounted in the lower level, The duct will have purpose made accessories to accommodate standard service outlets for data, and communications (HPM XL, Clipsal 2000, PDL 600 Series). The data outlets are to be mounted in the lower level. The duct should also have purpose made external corners and stop ends manufactured by the supplier.

Product Description
Ductall 150:50 MT Commercial Trunking
A two channel extruded aluminium Commercial Trunking duct measuring 150mm x 50mm. Which incorporates the Mainline Power Track System in the top channel with data reticulated via the lower channel - (Cat 6 compliant). |
Colours
Natural anodised is the standard base colour. A Custom Powdercoat finish can be achieved using standard colours in the ‘Dulux’ colour range. |
General
The contractor shall supply and install the skirting duct system where indicated or noted on drawings. The ducting system shall be supplied and installed complete with all factory made accessories. |
Covers
Standard Data Cable Cover – as illustrated below or Data Plates with pre-punched holes for data and com points.

Compliance
The Contractor shall ensure that the entire skirting wiring duct installation complies with the requirements of the local supply Authority and Austel. All ducting shall be earthed.

Installation
The 150:50MT shall be installed surface-mounted or semi-recessed The skirting wiring duct shall be fixed to walls alternatively at the top and bottom of the duct at maximum centres of 800mm. All joints (butt, corner and angled) shall be neatly achieved in professional fashion with no visible gaps. Supply and install wiring access via conduits within stud walls, etc. and associated draw wires, to all duct sections throughout this installation. Access shall be separate for each duct channel to maintain electrical isolation. |

Ductall 125:21 MT Skirting System
A single piece extruded aluminium skirting duct measuring 125mm x 21mm, which incorporates the Mainline Power track system either channel depending on the type of installation. The 125:21 skirting can be surface or flush mounted, recessed or supplied as a top-hat recessable duct. Limited data or communication cabling can be reticulated using the lower channel of the Ductall 125:21 skirting system. |
